Carbon Reduction Commitment
If you use more than 6GWh of electricity through Half Hourly metering you will probably be affected by the Carbon Reduction Committment.
Under this scheme you will be requred to demonstrate your commitment to reducing energy or pay for it through compulsory CO2 allowance purchases.
The minimum anticipated cost is approximately £40000 per annum although there are ways to help reduce that cost.
