Invoice validation
In our experience, despite energy companies having had almost 20 years to get things fixed, there are still about 30% of invoices which have mistakes. The biggest single error we have found concerned a multi-site customer with a total overcharge of over £100,000.
This is an extreme example but the principle is can you really trust that the invoices you are paying are accurate? There’s a one in three chance they’re not.
As part of our service to you we will ensure your invoicing is being accurately presented for the duration of your supply contract. If requested we will also carry out a retrospective audit of your invoicing to discover whether or not you have suffered from historical overcharging.
